Dear M. :
I am Paul Ash, the president of Sam Ash Music. My company purchased the premises
of Thoroughbred Music. I am aware of the situation of your order of Gretsch items
and although it is not our responsibility, I instructed my staff to supply everything due
you. This information was given to you by my manager, Scott Kato. He said that you are
also demanding reimbursement of attorney fees. This is beyond my willingness to help you.
You would have to contact the Thoroughbred office. I do not know if they will respond but
the address is 15251 Roosevelt Blvd., Suite 206, Clearwater, FL 33760.
My offer still stands and we have all your items on order from
Gretsch. I am doing this in the hopes that you will become our customer, but
the cost represents a total loss to me.
